Error 1309 unable to read the file

While I was installing a software yesterday an error code 1309 prompted that it was unable to read the file. I have checked and ran the setup as admin but still this error prompts up on my PC. Is my software corrupt or what may be the reason? Why is this error and how to remove this?

First of all ensure if your package is not in archived folder. If it is then extract it on desktop and try run as admin.

It may also be possible that that your destination folder may not have full permissions.
Locate folder on your installation drive.

Right click the folder and click properties.

Go to security Tab and make sure your admin name is added and full control is selected.
If not then select full control check box and try to install your software.
