This issue can be fixed by following these simple steps:-
Step 1: Disconnect the webcam from the PC.
Step 2: Check in the Device Manager, if there is any reference Logitech webcam in it.
Step 3: From the Control Panel select Logitec HD C525 Web cam and click on uninstall.
Step 4: If you do not find this option, then from the View Option, Select Show hidden devices, and check all the categories including the imaging and portable devices and even in those place, where it might have been hidden.
Step 5: Right click it and choose uninstall, if prompted select remove drivers also.
Step 6: Visit the following webpage -- http://support.logitech.com/en_us/product/hd-webcam-c525#download
and search for the software package / drivers that is compatible with Windows 10 and download and install it in your computer.
Step 7: Reboot your PC and then plug in the webcam back and you will see the problem will be resolved.
